03-07-2003 [16:02 LOCAL TIME] - Barcelona Airport

This has been without a shadow of doubt the worst day ever. Things have taken so long and have been so messed up and I'm totally 'worn out'. In fact everything is all blurry and I'm having trouble writing. I spent about 16 hours waiting at Heathrow yesterday and about 10 hours today at Barcelona. When I get to Cairo tomorrow I will have been awake for about 40 hours! I didn't see any of Barcelona as I wasn't aloud to leave the airport, so I'm really fed up and jarred off. So far, my first day has been crap. Anyway, not much else to say, Barcelona Airport is big, but you wouldn't want to holiday in it.
